Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability.

Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 2 nights generally applies throughout the year.
Occasional one-night stays may be offered on specific dates.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are arranged directly with our caretakers, Jade and Declan.

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive the caretaker’s contact details.
Guests are kindly asked to contact them at least two weeks prior to arrival to arrange a suitable check-in and check-out time.

What Your Stay Includes

Your medieval stay includes:

• All utilities (heating, electricity, water)

• Fresh bed linen and towels

• One bag of turf/wood on arrival

Payment Terms

• A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

• For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Security Deposit

A €500 breakage/cleaning deposit is required before arrival.
This will be fully refunded after departure, provided the property is left in the same condition as found.

Cancellation Policy

• 75% refund if cancelled more than 8 weeks before arrival.

• No refund for cancellations made within 8 weeks of arrival.

Important Note

Due to the authentic medieval structure of the castle, including its historic spiral staircase, the property is not suitable for wheelchair users or infants.
